Wrong password or invalid password means that you entered the wrong DVR admin password
on app to add your device, please follow below to correct it:
1. Open the ZOSI VIEW app, Click the "” in the top left, select “Device Manager”.,
click "", you will find "Connect parameters", enter it to edit your password.
User Name: admin
Password: (it is your DVR's password)
2. Open the ZOSI VIEW pc client, Click the "Device management” in the control panel, choose
your device, then click "Modify parameter", enter your device to edit your password.
Click "Modify" to save your settings.
3. If this can't help you, we suggest you delete the device from app/pc client, then re-add the DVR
to app/pc client with the correct information.
