Wrong password or pwd error means that you entered the wrong NVR admin password on app
to add your device, please follow below to correct it:
1. Open the Zosi Cloud app, click the three dots at the right bottom of your device, choose Edit.
Re-enter NVR's login username and password here. You should then be able to view cameras
User Name: admin
Password: (it is your NVR's password)
2. If this can't help you, we suggest you delete the device from app, then re-add the NVR to app
with the correct information.
